Custom orders must be paid in full before a project will be started, to pay for materials and the time to make the bag. Custom orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to complete. Felted bags are very unpredictable - no two bags are alike! So custom bags may not be the exact size or shape as the bags you see on the web site. If for whatever reason you need to return a custom order, there will be a $15 charge deducted from your refund to cover the cost of materials.

I have complete confidence in the bags that I make, but if you have a need to return your purchase, I will accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund. A return can be issued after inspection to make sure the bag is unused and in the original condition that it was shipped. I reserve the right to deny returns based on inspection. On all returns, a $5 surcharge will be deducted from your refund to cover fees incurred and to cover Paypal fees for the original payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
